Kidshealth Play is a reading desk for families who keep a medicine cabinet, a backyard, and a school backpack in the same week. The pages here are process notes: what to line up before a fever day, how to set a play area so the next hour is obvious, and which household charts actually get used on a Tuesday morning. We are not a clinic, a coaching practice, or a product store. Read with the real bottle, the real yard, or the real school form in front of you.

Use the three sections in the header. Kids Health is for cabinet labels, school-health packets, symptom-day checklists, and the difference between a home log and a clinician visit. Outdoor Games is for backyard layouts, recess gear, weather-window play, and games that do not need a league. Parenting Tips is for morning sequences, screen-time desks, chore charts, and the small scripts that keep a household from renegotiating every transition. Each article is built around a card, a table, or a step list you can copy onto paper—not a diagnosis and not a ranking of brands.

Start on the homepage lead story, or open the section that matches the object on your counter. If a measurement or age band appears, treat it as an illustrative example unless the page names a public handbook.
